Stalling

I have heaps and heaps of work to do and unreasonable deadlines to do it by, but instead of doing that I'm writing to you dear Blog.

There is a reason, Huntsville is stalking me.  Humm maybe not, she is after all a couple of thousand miles away but she IS getting a tad clingy, have I cut her back or down or whatever?  Hell no!  It's nice to be wanted, it's doing wonders for my self confidence!

If you haven't heard I have large plans to make for the next couple of months, Huntsville has suggested that I take an extra couple of days - either before or after the "wedding of the year" - to chill in the sun on a beach, out of touch with my life and all electronic toys, to rest and recoup.  *Sigh*  What a great plan, I'm thinkin' that if I fly out on Sunday night and stay in a Red Roof or something.. Can't stay in the same place as the wedding party, I couldn't afford to sleep on a chair in the lobby let alone a room!  Funny as I'm thinking about it, it feels more and more like Amsterdam :)  Great times! 

Started the note for the house warming party, last Saturday of July, and actually started wanting to do stuff around the house again.  Must have been the really bad sunburn from the rafting.. I was scared to go outside!  Well I was a scaly freaky pealy nastiness..

Umm 14 days till Memphis :)
