What do ya mean? I'm supposed to know this stuff!
Four hours. Four bloody hours it took me to get this page just as I wanted it yesterday. Well except for the background colour and the a general layout, and standardized fonts. Apart from that it was done! Done! I tell ya!
I posted all the changes, and AIM Surly to check it out. There I sat for oh, about 30 seconds waiting for the praise to come rolling in.
"It looks like crap! What the hell did you do?!", say the blog hussy.
"What the hell do ya mean?! I'm lookin' at it here! It looks brilliant!", says I
"Your looking at it in IE aren't ya?"
"Err.."
"You used FrontPage to mess with it didn't you."
"Perhaps"
"There's a problem with FrontPage and Netscape", writes the smartarse
So all that work has been shelved and we now have the "I'm the bees knees" inspired view. She is after all my personal hero for conquering "allegedly" her camping fears :) Something that I still don't think I've done, even after the rafting incident.
Since I did spend so much time on it yesterday, I err, have some stuff to catch up on.. Back later.

Whatever the cause, I like the new feel to the blog.
And for the record, I don't use netscape, I use firefox, but to the best of my knowledge, the events described are true and accurate.
