Wow, what can I say?
So I was on my way home last night, wondering what the hell I was going to do? I had to clean the bathroom, get my hair cut, various other things around the house to make it presentable. Basically in a world of confusion.
So I went in past the grocery store, looking for a floor mop or something that would be able to do the floor and the bath with the change of an couple of attachments.
Of course I'm hungry. When aren't I these days? So I grab a trolley - err I mean cart? And start looking.. Soon enough have some rather nice apples, always hard to come by. Then can't find my shower stuff. So I get razor blades. And so it went on. Couldn't find what I was looking for so I would pick up something else! I had vowed that I wasn't going to pick up freezer food cos it would melt in the back of the car while I was getting my hair done. Done! Ha! I don't have enough for that nonsense!
Turns out I still spent $50 on stuff. 4 bags full including freezer stuff. Oh well I say to myself. I'll go home past the hairdresser by the house. Sure enough what was a hair dresser last week has now been gutted and is becoming something else. Crap. Get home put the stuff away and wonder upstairs to get changed.
With a look of disgust I started cleaning up the mountains of clothes. Before I knew what was happening I had made piles out of the stuff I wanted to get rid of - had been wanting to get rid of for years in some cases - found some stuff that I didn't even know I had, let alone ever worn. *sigh* A couple of hours later and I had a couple of bags of clothes for donation. Emptied all the boxes that were in my bedroom. Figured out what I'm going to wear for the wedding. Now if I could figure out what to get for a wedding present..
I ended up with two full loads of stuff I had to clean before I could put it away. So did laundry and played the game while watching my shows on Tivo. I was gonna watch the movie that Surly brought round the other night - "the girl next door" - but wanted to play the game so didn't.
Feelin' good this morning. I didn't realise how freaking big my bedroom is! Not sure about installing mirrors on the slopping walls though. What a pain it would be when I'm trying to read. Me being a vain-glorious bastard, I would be looking at myself all night instead of reading! *grin*
Oh well, back to work. Later.
