Holy Crap I have a hook!

Amazing,  that that’s all it took!  I’ve been alone for nearly two years and all I need to say is “If ya wanna make out, I’m here for ya.”  Unberfreakingbelieveable!

*grin*

Went to see Serenity after work on Friday.  Brilliant.  Just the right amount of happy, sad and action.  Good story line as well surprisingly.  What shocked me was the amount of other people that buggered off work early to the movies.  The place was nearly half full at 4:30 in the afternoon!

Bland time at the local later on.  Went for “something to eat”, yeah what ever. :)  Watched the Indians game which slipped into the 13th inning.  So my early night and a couple of beers went out the window.

Went to the Indians game myself on Saturday.  I was informed that the ticket holder wanted to get there early so he was going to call me at 11am.  Oh crap.  Staggered out of bed at 10:30 and showered.  Just finishing up when the phone went off and it’s Fomudder.  He was feeling a tad lumpy as well, told me that he needed another half hour in bed…  Fair enough.

A bit of pre-game drinking at a bar I used to frequent A LOT when I first came to this country.  I haven’t been there for a couple of years now, but there are still people there that remember me.  The “Holy crap!  Where the hell have you been!  We all thought that you’d been deported years ago!”  (God!  I’m tired)   So, had a grand time, flirting with the bar tender, as usual.    Went to the game and stayed until it was obvious that it was going to be so hot that we thought that we would melt.  Turned out to be five complete innings though so I’m not feeling guilty. Couple more cocktails then round to Fom’s house for a power nap.

See now the fun really begins.

Chat-itty-chat

Time passes, suddenly I’m talking to a girlie and out of the blue I say, “If ya wanna make out, I’m here for ya.”  To which she say’s “Oh my God!  you’re just so cute!”  Shortly there after we start making out in the bar.  Now I wasn’t sure what “making out” meant before this.  So you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to find that there were no straps or backless leather chaps (these come later or so I’ve been told) just lots of kissing.

I pointed out to her, after I gave her my numbers, that I didn’t drive and since there was no sign of Fom – there hadn’t been for a couple of hours as it happens, just realised that – that I was going to have to sleep in my car, “you can’t do that!”, she says in horror, “sleep over at mine.”  Nice time, was had.  Sunday morning was spent trying to figure out which of us had the worst hangover.  Surprisingly we both still had a noted interest, so lots of chatting.  Then a truly disgusting “breakfast” at a chain pancake place.  When the first comment when the food arrives is “so what do ya do if you find a hair in your food” the gets worse from there, you know it not going to be good.

We ended up hanging out at my house for the rest of the day and watched Constantine – what a huge bag of shite that was – and she ended up staying over.  I’m putting it down to all the talking we did.

God I’m tired.  I’m grinning a lot this morning though. (  She actually wants to see me again as well.  How cool is that.
After re-reading this entry I would like to point out the beauty of the encounter was the complete innocence of it all.  After my troubles of late, it was really nice to just talk and make out with someone again without having to worry about strange things as performance anxiety…  Not that I would have that problem like.  It has been a long time though.  *grin*
